the San Antonio Archdiocese’s will be gathering on the campus of St. Mary’s University from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2023. FRIDAY, NOV. 3RD PARISHIONERS TOGETHER ADORE. The real presence of Christ is available in our Eucharistic Chapel for adoration each weekday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Many parishioners, their guests and visitors express their devotion and lift up prayer for self and loved ones. That in itself is a beau- tiful inspiration. Recently, parishioners were gifted with Bishop Robert Barron’s book: This Is My Body; a call to eucharistic revival. Hopefully, a majority of parishioners have made the time to read and meditate more fully for their ap- preciation of Christ present in the Holy Eucharist. Addressing the dimensions of our worship as ‘Sacred Meal’ and ‘Sacrifice’ should have been a clear, thor- ough effort for renewing one’s understanding of why Catholics do what they do and cherish it so much. Being present for parish masses on the weekend is an even fuller dimension of our neighborhood residents expressing common belief and Faith in Jesus Christ. Have you heard about our local Archdiocesan Assembly – an Archdiocesan Eucharistic Congress – in anticipation of the national Eucharistic Congress to be celebrated during July 2024 in Indianapolis? If not, assuredly the probability is high during the coming weeks. Catholics throughout the San Antonio Archdi- ocese will be gathering on the campus of St. Mary’s University from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Parish leaders, organizations, fraternities, groups, families and individuals; all are invited to participate in this special rally for renewing and expressing our collective Faith in Jesus Christ.
