The Incarnation: Keeping God in the Flesh DVD PRESENTATION BY Fr. Ron Rolheiser God didn’t come to earth in the flesh for just 33 years. Christ didn’t leave us when he ascended into heaven. We, the Christian community, continue the Incarnation. We are the Body of Christ. We do not represent Christ, replace Christ, or become merely his mystical body. We ARE the Body of Christ and we continue to give physical flesh to God. This has astonishing implications for how we pray, seek healing, look for guidance, understand religious experience, and for how we “bind and loose” our loved ones. All are welcome to attend. No registration. Just join us. We with prayer then go to the DVD for study and discussion. For more information contact Mary mary.frazier1045@gmail.com
Nunc Coepi: Now I Begin The Life of Venerable Bruno Lanteri Video Presentation BY Fr.Timothy Gallagher, OMV Venerable Bruno Lanti (1759-1830) was an Italian priest and founder of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary. He had a difficult life but lived the theological and cardinal virtues. He also was a spiritual director and Fr. Gallagher found the richness of his direction in studying the letters of Bruno Lanteri written to those he directed. Many of these were lay men and women who came in the darkness of their spiritual life seeking direction and encouragement. Come join us as Fr. Gallagher shares the wisdom and insights he discovered from Bruno’s life and letters. All are welcome to attend. No registration. Just join us. We with prayer then go to the DVD for study and discussion. For more information contact Mary Frazier: mary.frazier1045@gmail.com
